Shipping policy

Currently HSC LLC shipping is done via UPS and USPS. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the product or products purchased. We currently only ship throughout the United States. Please be aware that your order will ship after the completed processing time. 

Order processing time may include fresh production time depending upon the items ordered and stock levels at time of placement. Fresh production time will vary but will not exceed 10 days. Due to the nature of our business of handmade products, some items may need to be made fresh upon order receipt. Order processing time is not included in ship time.

Please allow approx. 5-7 business days for processing. You will be provided a tracking number to track your order 24hrs after a shipping label has been generated and your order has been labeled as completed. All transactions that are made after 3 p.m.(EST) will be processed on the next business day. Any transaction created after 3 p.m. Friday (EST) will be processed on the following business day. Our processing time does NOT include shipping transit time. 

HSC LLC is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen and damaged packages. Please reach out to the package carrier to file the appropriate claim.

 

 

 

 

 

Shipping Delays

Due to the impact of COVID-19, USPS and UPS have indicated shipping delays may occur. Please refer to your tracking number to track your shipment during transit. We are unable to provide shipping updates once your package has left our facility and are in transit. 

Orders are shipped daily on business days, Mon-Fri. During the spring and summer months, shipping will only occur Mon. thru Wed. to keep your merchandise vigorous fresh goodies from sitting in a hot storage facilities all weekend and to prevent melting.

HSC LLC is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen and damaged packages. Please reach out to the package carrier to file the appropriate claim.

INCLEMENT WEATHER IMPACTS SHIPPING 

During periods of inclement weather shipping delays may transpire. During these times travel may be restricted causing delayed scheduled pick ups and/or drop offs to the carrier. Inclement weather in other locations may also delay shipping and receiving causing a delay in HSC LLC processing time. HSC LLC appreciates your business and understanding. 

HSC LLC is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen and damaged packages, but the company will assist the customer with filing a claim with the appropriate carrier. 

 

SHIPPING and DELIVERIES DURING THE WARM WEATHER MONTHS

 Please be aware that during the spring and especially the summer months we cannot guarantee that the merchandise will not melt as shipping trucks are not always air conditioned and we are unable to control conditions. By purchasing these you understand these risks.  As a best practice we advise that the customer upgrade their shipping option to 1-2 days during checkout. Please retrieve your package from mail as soon as possible. If the package is left in the heat it could cause melting. HSC, LLC is Not responsible for melting or damages during shipping. During warmer times items are shipped using single use ice packs but still may not be sufficient to keep items from melting during transit. We are unable to replace items simply due to melting issues when all steps have been taken to prevent this on our behalf. By ordering you acknowledge you understand and agree.
