Disclaimers

Heaven Scented Candles LLC's embeds, wax vessels, crumble, pie shells, and tarts contain high levels of fragrance. We use a unique combination of soy, coconut, and paraffin wax to create our embeds. 
To keep your embeds looking their best, gently use a heat gun to remove any ash-like appearance, being careful not to apply too much heat.

For optimal fragrance distribution throughout your creation, we recommend reducing your amount of fragrance to ensure a proper load for your creation. Our embeds can contain up to a fragrance load of 10%.

Please note that our products are not considered finished, and it is important to test all embeds for wax and wick compatibility. HEAVEN SCENTED CANDLES LLC cannot be held responsible for the way our unfinished products are used.

Please be aware that our product pricing, fragrances, and tints are subject to change without prior notice.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the business HSC LLC has zero return and refund policy. HSC LLC is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen and damaged packages. Please reach out to the package carrier to file the appropriate claim.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at heavenscentedcandles7@gmail.com if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
